I just found out that I have a service contract connected with carmax that will not permit me to use you folks for service. Jana is just the right mix of friendly and efficient. When I walked up, it was clearly a busy time at the service desk and she had a number of things she was handling- but she stopped and helped me as soon as I came in. Everything was good. The only thing? I got confused because my key looks kind of weird? Is cause the person that worked on my car, forgot to put my fob key back in and I couldn’t find it nowhere and I was going to go back to the dealer place, but then I found it. It was left on the armrest of the door. Not a very good idea to have done that. But happy with the service ,
