Service advisor tried to tell my wife that the front brakes were worn down to the core and that the rotors were warped. Mind you he made this assessment without even taking the wheels off to do a thorough inspection. He quoted my wife some ridiculous price of like $300 for the front end brake service. Too bad he didn’t know that we were already aware of the worn brakes and plan on having them replaced at another dealer since we do not trust your service department. Next time be more professional and have solid proof of what you are claiming is wrong with my vehicle. My wife is too smart to fall for your scheme. Last time we have service done at your crooked service department. Hey Tino, find someone else to try to rip off you con artist.
