I brought in my car for an oil change with Mikey. Sadly there was a problem with the filter and was told to come back in so they could fix it. A quick hour later I was back at home. The next day I noticed oil all over my garage. I called Rapids Honda and got set up with Drew. Here I was told it would be a minimum of 144$ to fix because they couldn't find anything wrong. The next day I was told my filter was screwed in crooked. Umm… How could it be crooked when they already checked it 3 times? In addition, I did not have to pay the 144$ yet they used a half a tank of gas running it to make sure it did not leak again. This took a considerable time out of my weekend and led me to almost miss 2 shifts. Questioning whether or not to come back.

I spent 25 years in the car business, owned 5 restaurants, and had over 800 employees in my 76 years and I would steal him from you in a minute. His customer service skills are excellent.

Our backup camera was working when the car came in but is no longer working. The work done was on the sliding doors and the wiring for the back up camera runs through the headliner so I don’t understand how it would be affected. I would love someone to reach out via email.
