I tend to procrastinate when something needs to be done and I don’t want to give up my routine. I was able to get both tasks done at same time and did not need to leave car for the day. At current mechanic I usually have to leave car in a.m. and then they call me in afternoon when car is ready. With a specific time for appointment, I able to wait for work to be done. Thank you.

When I called the receptionist attempted to contact the service center directly to see if they could add my car for a quick brake check even though the system indicated the schedule was full. When they didn’t answer she gave me an appointment anyway.
