Upon arrival I met Damian at the service desk. He was very personable and promptly found my service appointment I had scheduled. I mentioned a promo I had heard on a TV ad, so he looked it up, but it had expired in May. He told me not to worry, that he would see what other promos were avail. He showed me where the waiting room was and it was perfect. Nicely appointed, and made social distancing a breeze. When the service was complete, Damian reviewed all the services & recommendations. He saw I had been working on my laptop so offered to take my payment card so I could finish up my work. He brought me the receipt & copies of work, along with my keys. Showed me where my vehicle was parked & I was in my way. He demonstrated excellent customer satisfaction and provided his business card for my future business. I love my Putnam Mazda team. And it was awesome to meet Damian. I will be back :)

You quoted me over $2500 for the repair of my vehicle. I declined to have the repair done because the repair cost exceeds the value of my car.
Damien's work with me was ok. He did call numerous times to update me on the repair status.
David the mechanic was ok also.I appreciated David advising me of parts needed and the scope of the work.
Overall, Putnam Maxda service was ok to good. I was hoping you would have given me a break on the $220 inspection fee since the repair cost was so high.
If I were to rate this experience, I give it a 3 out of 5. You could have given me a price break on the $220 fee. I will not be taking my 2015 Subaru Impreza to Putnam for service at any time. Your prices are too high and you don't work with your customers very well in pricing situations.

10/10. I came to you after a HORRIBLE experience at Towne Mazda. Sidino was the model of customer service. He greeted me kindly and was very transparent about what would happen during the service. He asked some questions about my car and situation. He explained why he was asking the questions and offered some common issues that might be occurring. He was thorough in the explanation when he called to give me an update. I felt safe with his social distancing, wiping of surface and offering me hand sanitizer after I handled the pen. A+. I won’t be going elsewhere for my future car needs.
