I have always been highly satisfied with Roseville Toyota. The service reps have alway been professional, courteous, and competent. This was also true in my latest experience. My dis-satisfaction from this experience stems from the fact that I had to pay $165.00 to have my check engine light checked. Inasmuch as there was nothing amiss with the engine, and given that something as small as the gas cap being misaligned could have cause the engine light to come on, along with the fact that this service was not covered by the car's warranty, left me feeling slightly ripped off. Again, none this had anything to do with the way I was treated by the service people. Over the years I have owned four Camrys and found them to be great cars which were highly reliable. However, this experience left me feeling somewhat dis-satisfied. I appreciate you attention to this matter. James A Spence

Kyle was fine. However the person who called me about the recall said if I did not come in by the end of last week they would send the part back. When I got to the dealership on Saturday morning kyle told me the part was a sticker that needed to be put I’m my manual! After waiting 35 minutes for someone to put a sticker in my manual I asked to get my truck back as I was not going to wait that long for something like that. Kyle was with another customer when I decided to leave. Not impressed with the front office people!
