I was told my car wiuld be done by 1:00 pm. It was not. At 1: 15 I went to check on it and the sales rep told the girl who helped me that he didn't help me. He tried to he was rotating my tires for free but I paid for the tire and wheel protect. Then they said they fixed the nail in my tire fir free but again I paid extra for the tire and wheel coverage. Then ehrn I went to the valet to get my car I waited 15 minutes so they xould wash my car. I do brlieve in honesty. I will not be going back as I do not like to be lied to. My time is valuable. An hour and half fir a oil change eith an appointment is way too long. Not one appology!!!!

They were supposed to put my overload spring on and left them in my truck. They rotated tires and didn't rebalance tires. Now have vibration. Have to bring in again after 2 days and $1100 dollars later. Bring in again and paid for service not completely done.
