This was not done and apparently going to be preformed without my consent
As Shane knew nothing of my concern when I spoke with him
i gave my permission to him and the update on the Ecu was preformed after discussing it
This was my only complaint the service was done quickly and in the time specified

The service was good. Everyone was welcoming. The only issue I have here is how little to nothing that Toyota Roseville Dealer is handling Covid-19. I understand that business still needs to be opened, but there are several ways the dealer can modify to protect their employees and clients. For example, you can remove chairs in the waiting lounge or rearrange that they are at least 6 ft apart from each other; more hand sanitation stations should be installed; hand-washing stations should also be installed in the front; enforcing clear distance from the counters, etc ... The only thing I’ve seen so far regarding Covid-19 is the signs in front of the rep’s booth, which is doing nothing since I still see several clients hovering around the reps. I like coming to Toyota Dealer because of the service, I hope that more precautions can be taken in the near future to protect us all.
