Chris Martinez attitude is very positive and pleasant.
Previously when I wanted to get pricing for shocks replacement, I got 2 different prices that were dufferece by $400. One price was $1750 and the other was was $1300.
This wasn't Chris Martinez. It was 2 different people.
Chris Martinez is very fair and accurate person. I ended up taking my truck to Break Master. For the same parts and labor i paid $1000.

I scheduled an appointment for for an oil change and to do the airbag recall. When I got there to drop off my car the girl had no idea what I was bringing it in for and wanted to sell me some package to “save me money.” After I declined and stated a couple times what I was in for she wrote me up for an oil change, the airbag and a tire rotation. I NEVER said I wanted a tire rotation nor was that what I was scheduled for. Stop putting so much stress on getting your employees to sell stuff so they can just listen to what the customer wants...and then provide that service. I ultimately just had them do the recall and I will be taking my car elsewhere to be serviced. I don’t want to be hassled with pushy sales people trying to get me to buy tires, and stuff I do t want or need not do I like people sneaking in extra charges. You guys can do better.
