I was disappointed because I didn’t know about the labor cost associated with my repair. I was told that changing filter was going to be $37 plus the wheel rotation. However at the end, I was charged $113, which was a surprise. I was never told about $53 of labor. It’s better to surprise customers with good news, which means less expensive costs. In this case was the opposite. Highly recommend to tell all the story and costs.

We had paid for free oil changes when we bought our car, or so we thought but they changed our contract without telling us!!! So we go in thinking its free and were tellig them we paid for the free oil change before they even did it, they didnt tell us that we do not have that, so we get the oil change then they charge us for what seems like double price of anywhere else we could of gone. Very disappointing and will be recommending to all of my friends who are looking or will be looking for a car to never come here.
