Over a year ago I went to your dealership for the first time and service provider was awful. I ended up giving a negative review which was followed up by an apology by her via phone call but damaged of first impression was done. I dreaded the need to coming here again so I have gone elsewhere for my car services.
However today I decided to give it another chance and Michael not only was extremely friendly and professional, but he told me where I could work while I waited and even mentioned a free small drink at a cafe which I didn’t even know existed. Again the Prior negative visit I had received zero customer service.
So thank you Michael for going extra mile, making me feel welcomed , being professional and helpful from beginning to end.
I can’t believe I can say this but I was so comfortable working at your dealership that I didn’t even realize it was over an hour and half later.
Will return!!!
