I just want to say I was very impressed with Emma. Many cars were coming in at the same time and she was calm professional and had tons of hustle.
Payton was my service manager and was super helpful. Check in was fast, super friendly and he was able to solve an ongoing problem that I had with my vehicle.

Great coordination getting car in, getting a rental, turning rental back in and having my car back retuned in the service bay. The one thing I’d recommend is to include a reminder that insurance cards should be available at rental car check-in.
Lines were longer, reps were on the phones calling insurance companies to confirm insurance coverage and deductibles. This easily added 20 minutes to each rental car check out. Most people forget their insurance cards. Mine in my
Phone State Farm app…insurance cards.
