Gabriel, the guy that helped us when we first got there was very nice. The work was done as expected. However we asked Gabriel to install the map, help on the screen for the Toyota because we couldn’t figure it out. and he started to do it and he said he couldn’t finish, because he was busy. However I think it would’ve been nice if he had gotten somebody else to help us because when we got home we still had a hard time. So that to me is not the best service.

Two things - first of all the maintenance required light is not turned off after the service and i’ve to come back to get it fixed from all the way from home, so twice I’ve to come twice to Roseville Toyota.
Second thing i asked for check the sound coming off of the wheel and theres no comments in the reciept or when I asked the service agent, he just mentioned that he visually inspected but to my knowledge it never went on record to the technician to do even the minimum check and update.
I am totally disappointed with the service for the money you have charged.
