My parents have been taking their car in to Steve for years. If I’m in town I try to bring it in as well. Steve is so knowledgeable and really takes action to resolve any issues effectively. I trust Steve and he really goes above and beyond in service. My fuse was out for my charger port and he changed it really quickly. He knew exactly what the problem was. He also taught me how to turn the sound off when I lock my car. I will continue to bring my car in for service with Steve and I highly recommend him to friends and family. He is a great part of the Toyota team.
