The tech forgot to change a wiper blade, which I noticed about 10 minutes after leaving because it start d to rain. I had an appointment and had planned to return and have done later in the day. Misty called with 15 minutes and told me what had overlooked the blade. Normally I would have been annoyed to drive back to the dealer, have the blade replaced and leave, if only for the hour lost. She was so genuinely professional and cordial I was almost embarrassed that I had to return. When she grows tired of working for Jim Burke, I’ll gladly hire her.
