The bad experience I have had from Honda Services. Hope your staffs didn’t assume their customers know WHAT their names, WHO took care of car, WHERE to pick up car after the service done... It was my first time to have my car service in OC anyway!

I told the gentlemen doing my paperwork I didn’t have time to sign and move the car to the service driveway because I had to leave to work. He still insisted I move it myself. It would of meant a lot to me if he could of done it himself and let my husband do the paperwork when he arrived to pick up the car. I worked for Mercedes Benz Fletcher Jones and they do things like these for their customers. They do anything to go above and beyond for the client. Just a tip.
