Jason is great. You do however need to improve your customer service phone system. I called 5x Wednesday as you wanted me to in order to confirm part arrived for my Thur for my appointment and 3x got NO ONE to answer and other 2x I left message and got NO CALL BACK. Rather frustrating. In person it’s fine but phone service is non existent

Not sure what you guys did to the phone system at Norm Reeves Huntington Beach but it is terrible. I had an extremely difficult time trying to get through to John or even just the service department. I became very frustrated and upset. As I spoke to other people they had the same problem. The advisors are stating that a lot of the customer are complaining about the phone not being able to get through. Please fix the phone system.
