I can’t say enough about how great John Le was in handling my problem with my tires. I had a tire emergency. John calmed me down and presented the solution for my problem. He kept me well informed about the progress of the job. He presented all the information in helping me select new tires. I remain a happy customer.

Viviana, was great, she made me feel very comfortable with my decision to have your dealership working on my vehicle, she also exuded trust with the way she presented all the information about what the service would and possibly could entail, extremely professional and respectful, I can’t say enough about her. Her qualities as customer service representative is rare and should be acknowledged, I did not feel this way upon arrival, I felt ignored and was ready to walk out, she saved your dealership from a potential loss, and it truly happens that easy.

John did a great job. Your porter/tech is the problem. I am 6’1” so I understand my seat being moved. Most people are shorter than me so I get moving the seat to reach the pedals. What I am very upset about is having both side mirror move and my rear view mirror moved. It absolutely ridiculous I had to spend 5-10 mins of my time readjusting all my mirror. On top of that my radio was changed. The porter or tech should not be in my car jamming out to music. With this being said did your workers take my car out for a joy ride? You are a dealer so your prices are higher so I expect better service than this. I worked as a tech for 10 years of my life and I never moved a mirror and almost never moved a seat. I also found my paperwork to be interesting. My tires at my last oil change was 10/32 of inch. Today a little more than 5000 miles later my tires are at 6/32 of inch according to invoice. I thought it was odd I went down 4/32 of inch so fast. So since I have a tread depth gage I measured it. I got 8/32 of inch almost 9/32. Why did the tech not actually measure my tires? Did he actually inspect my hoses, belts and fluids? Did he actually change my oil filter? I question all the work he did since I can physically see where he lied on his inspection. Again you are the dealership and I expect more from you since you charge a premium. If I wanted this level of work I go to jiffy lube or pep boys.

Had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation even though I had an appointment. This was not the service advisor‘s fault it was the mechanics fault for not taking the cars and servicing them in order. Very disappointing. Also found my tires to be overinflated when I got home. Had to adjust the tire air pressure on my own to get it to correct level.
