Benito has been a trusted service advisor over the many years that we have brought our 2 Hondas that we purchased at Norm Reeves in for servicing. What I like is that we have a personal relationship with Benito as he is familiar with those vehicles and my service preferences. This particular oil change service was exceptional as the time from meeting me at the vehicle to when I left the dealership was a half hour-also thanks to the technician(s).
