John is 100% awesome! He’s welcoming and accessible. Even though he fulfilled the promise of getting my car back before noon, I got my car back at 11:50 LOL other than that, I was apprehensive about going to get my recall service done because previous experiences—there was never a sales pitch or any prompt of whatever is wrong with my car that needs to get fixed and it took a lot of pressure off me. I’m looking forward to coming back and getting my oil changed.
