Ivette was amazing! I brought my car in and the problem wasn’t fixed right away, I had to bring it back but needed a car bc of work. Ivette was able to get me a loaner and get the problem fixed within 24 hours. She’s very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed along the way! Highly recommend Norm Reeves!
