The car service is great( that’s why I brought my car all the way here for maintenance). The problem is John’s attitude towards customer. He was pushy and condescending. I was not happy with his tone at all. And I was misinformed bout the drop off shuttle. While I was talking on the phone with the receptionist, she told me it was within 10 miles. However, while I was there, he told me it was only within 5 miles.
