I came in for my regular oil change and for my trans fluid. Richard said I didn’t need my Tran fluid changed. So they did the oil change and when they submitted the checklist -lo and behold my trans fluid needed changing so I had to wait another 45 minutes for that to get done. Had he checked the prior visit it would have shown that I was correct and perhaps I would not have needed to be there for over 2 hours.

I would like to thank John for helping me with my car troubles. He went out and looked at the problem himself and knew which parts and how to resolve the situation. After finishing and fixing the trouble, he went out and showed me how to use it again because I would forget how to use it.
