Ive bought several cars from Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach and I always have them serviced at this location. One of the biggest and most important reason why I take my cars here is because of the service advisor Benito Torres. He’s always professional, courteous, and honest. He takes the time to explain what my car needs at the time I take it in and takes the time to explain all future maintenance. He’s also prompt with returning my calls and is great at giving me updates on my vehicle . Overall I feel super comfortable bringing my cars to get serviced here and would definitely recommend this location with Benito Torres.
