Yvette efficiently handled my car's recall service. She was knowledgeable about how to reset my radio after I discovered it was not working before I left the dealership. She saved me having to look through the owner's manual to figure it out.

Tony was great. The mechanics- not so much. Brought it in for oil change and nail in tire. Final paperwork marked NO oil change and tire’s rotated. How were they rotated if bad tire was in same place? Marked could t patch tire ( went directly to Big O- they had it patched in 10 min).
Car was there for 6 hours- what was really done? Thank you for your follow up
