Charged $162 for a quick diagnosis and wasn’t given the option to deduct this amount from the fix. Part was not available for the fix, nor could Alex tell us when it would be available. We were quoted $3,575.60, which is extremely high, and we were not provided any discounts. Alex was supposed to speak to his manager and get back to us. Never heard back. We’ve been taking our vehicles to Norm Reeves for years, and for the first time feel this pricing is above and beyond what it should really cost.
