Benito was very helpful and patient with me. He gave me great recommendations and seemed very knowledgeable. Also he was very pleasant.
However, I do have a comment regarding the service overall:
The main reason I started going to the dealership for an oil change was the overall experience and the carwash at the end. But after COVID the carwash stopped and I thought it was related to limited employment during that time. But we're way past those time and it's still not offered anymore.
I think moving forward I'd just go to a quick lube which are conveniently located all over town and the service would be a fraction of the time without having to carve time out of my day and also for a cheaper price.

I had an 8:30 appointment for an oil change and was met by Alexander Hernandez, my service advisor. He welcomed me at my car and efficiently went over the service details at the desk. Alexander was incredibly kind and helpful, addressing all my concerns/questions. The service concluded around 9, leaving my car nicely cleaned as an added bonus! I was thrilled with the extra touch of car cleaning they provided. This place is my go-to for oil changes; they always provide maintenance recommendations for future fixes and let me know that I will not get any notification for my break fluid exchange but to get it check out since it’s been 3 years and I drove etc amount of mileage. In fact, I've already scheduled a brake fluid exchange after this appointment! Thank you again!
