John is great and always takes very good care of me. I have great faith in him being honest with me.
I do however have a problem with you sending me all the reminders in regards to my appointment. Made the appointment on Friday for Monday got 15 emails telling me about the appointment and don't forget. As well as one phone call from an individual reminding me on Sunday. Ridiculous! What a waste of time for me as well as for you. Please take me off your reminder calls that's from text emails or personal calls. Kathie
