The service was quick and efficient. Although the service was good, I think a downside is that they don’t provide you with a car to rent after the car is taken in for service.

I brought my Honda Pilot in for the fuel pump recall & no one had informed me upon making my appointment via phone call that the back seat would be taken out. I had a ton of things back there and so when I was given my car back I was extremely disappointed to see all my stuff moved around and re-arranged. Even a couple items from my glove compartment were on the floor in front of the passenger seat. This is a huge deal to mention to a customer in case they have things they don’t want tampered with so they can remove the items themself. I just felt my things were violated and I didn’t appreciate that one bit. This makes me not want to return.
