Nice to meet Benito and his attentiveness to my car’s needs is appreciated. Associate recognition days are a great thing to do for employees. To integrate with customer scheduling, recommend that the online scheduler blocks out unavailable service dates and or times. If known, I would have scheduled service on Thursday instead of Tuesday for one day service.

My service advisor is Benito Torres and he does an exceptional job of communicating and helping me ensure my car is well maintained. The service department delivers on what they say they will do.

Clayton is the best! He’s friendly, professional (no unnecessary small talk, but straight to the objective), speedy in handling of the paperwork (appreciated that he stopped what he was doing when I came to the counter & answered my questions), prompt to help me when I arrived for my appointment (I was told to wait by two other employees), courteous/respectful (seemed like a genuine person so his sales pitch didn’t seem pushy), knowledgeable, and at the top of his game (multitasking with the phone, papers, & customers). I felt like a valued customer & that my time was valuable. Overall, excellent experience! Related, but off topic: Quoted time estimates for services at Norm Reeves HB is always longer than other places. Per David & the scheduling phone rep, it’d take 2hrs for a key fob. Other shops told me they’re supposed to say an hour but it’ll be about 30min. I appreciated that Clayton estimated an hour for the key fob & it was completed a little earlier. Excellent work! Compared to my last oil change that took almost 3hrs with an appointment because the advisor had me wait while he was on the phone with a customer instead of putting the phone on hold so I could pay & leave. I’ve had many oil changes at Norm Reeves & it’d usually take about an hour. That 3hr wait for an oil change was the worst experience when I could’ve gone to so many other places & be done in 30min. Glad I gave Norm Reeves another chance. Clayton was attentive compared to that other advisor. I appreciated that he ended his phone call or maybe put the customer on hold so I could pay & leave. (Off off topic: I like that cash is still accepted instead of only digital payments.)

John, Ivette, Edward and Clayton are the people I have talked with or helped me recently and I have full trust in them. I have been going to Norm Reeves HB for years and I went once to the Cerritos location which was awful and will not go anywhere else. Norm Reeves HB is the absolute best!
