Trevor was very helpful and even looked up a service I had out of state to see if I needed the service again. We bought the car and have had it serviced only at your Honda dealer but I did have one service out of state when a dash light came on.

For the 1st time since 2014 I felt tech and/or service writer was trying to sell something I didn't need. Also service writer was not knowledgeable about the 4 cyle Accord. It was suggested I have the drive belt (serpentine belt) replaced vecsuse it should have been replaced at 100,000 miles. I told him & HAD had the belt replaced at 100,000 miles. He questioned that maybe I was confusing the timing belt. I had to tell him my Accord didn't have a timing belt, has a chain. He then looked at my service record in my presence and confirmed was (supposedly?) replaced. Then he tried to tell me should be replaced again every 30,000 miles. But then asked another service writer what the suggested replacement schedule is & was told 100,000 miles. My car has 129,900 miles, if that belt is bad, then the belt is defective, but that was not suggested. The last time I brought this car in for oil change & tire rotation (Oct 2023) the lug nuts were not torqued properly and the wheel almost fell off. Unfortunately, that was the 2nd time that has happened! I understand the dealership needs to make $$, but not at adverse expense of your loyal customers. This 2014 Accord has always been serviced by Honda of Marysville. I also have all service done there on my 2020 Accord. I want to be able to trust your techs & service writers that I am getting good service, but not unnecessary service.
