I arrived for my scheduled appointment and sat for 15 minutes only to be informed that the part that was to be installed hadn’t yet been delivered. Frustrating since I left work across the river for this appointment and I had called earlier in the morning to get the dimensions of the part, understanding it to be in your possession. The part is a hitch gif our new bike rack, do our weekend plans we’re also messed up by this. Finally I’ll obviously have to leave work again when it’s iin. Not Dustin's fault. Bit a bad experience. Thanks.

My vehicle definitely didn't get vacuumed at all. I remember years ago when I was impressed with the service. Now it's almost $100 and ythe interior is untouched. I don't expect much. 5 min of vacuuming would have been enough.

The only downside is that it took 4 service visits to get this A/C problem fixed. Apparently the first 3 solutions from Ford didn’t solve the issue. It’s only been 2 days since the last visit, but so far it is working correctly.

Great customer service! The customer waiting area was nice and fully stocked with snacks and drinks. I especially loved the additional car wash and vacuum of my car at the end of my service appointment. What a great PERK! Will definitely recommend to others!

Alexander was great. He got me in asap and made sure what I came in for was taken care of in a timely manner. My only concern is that now my vehicle is making a new noise and I was told it was told the work I had done today was covered under warranty but didn’t know I had a deductible.
