I kept telling your people that it was a temperature issue. They looked at me like I had 3 heads. I spent $2500 trying to fix an issue that should have cost me less than $100. Not to mention the 12+ trips back and forth and all the stress involved. I am quite unsatisfied with the service I received.

Misdiagnosed, parts did not come in on time and were not tracked.Dustin was fantastic. Back in the day, there was always a loaner car, especially when my vehicle was supposed to be completed last Tuesday evening and I did not get it till Monday evening, 13 January. I am in the service industry as well, we always make sure that everything is tracked and people are notified of what is going on! No excuses!
