Asked for oil change and tire rotation. Wasn’t notified that only half the work was completed. VERY disappointed. No one said a word or reached out to me.
Receipt stated they couldn’t find the key for the locking lug nuts. Again, no one asked me. It’s in the glove box like I assume 99% of them are.
What a let down and waste of my time. I missed 2 1/2 hours of work and will now have to miss more for the rotation. Extremely unsatisfied customer.
