Way to expensive. Your people were going to charge me $600 for labor and materials for a fuse and a kit to make the fuse bigger. It took me 5 minutes and YouTube video to refuse your service. Feels like your trying to over price things regardless if its the wrong thing to do. Whatever happened to integrity in business practices.

Calling the service department at Lindquist Ford, Haley took my call. Immediately after I gave her my name she asked if the service was for my 2017 Ford F-150. She also was able to schedule my service work on May 1, 2025 as I requested. The service was performed in a timely manner and the cashier processed my payment. At Lindquist Ford they washed my truck and returned it to me cleaner than when I brought it in. Everyone in the entire dept. was very polite. Customer lounge was very clean and comfortable. Will certainly will return for service on my Ford vehicles.
