Haley has been very kind, thorough, knowledgable. She was able to get an assessment, and estimate, very quickly, of what the Mustang needs. She listed the items on the estimate in order of importance. Our only problem is the maintenance the car needs exceeds what we paid for the car. We would like to do the work that is absolutely necessary for the car to run safely. I think we are going to need to discuss this with Haley or the person that looked the car over. Mike was nice...but I asked for a copy of the estimate more than one time from him and the receptionist and was not given one. Mike said they keep that one it "there for the service tech". The receptionist said "it's only good for 30 days and could change" (these are reasons they said out loud on why I couldn't have a copy). I paid $170 for the diagnosis and wanted the copy of the estimate for what it needs to show my husband before we make the appointment for the repair. Instead of giving me a copy of the estimate he he hand wrote minimal information on my receipt. If my husband had asked die a copy I'm sure he would have received it.
