My battery died, tow service gave it enough life for me to drive it to Lindquist, on a Saturday, right before the service area closed and less than 2 hours later I had my vehicle all ready to go with a new battery ! Simply the best service ever! I had no appointment… they could have left it till Monday or Tuesday ~ meant the world to me that they cared enough !! I have never had nothing but excellent service with Lindquist Ford !

The service was very good and I am happy with that. I was a little disappointed that I made an appointment for 11:20 and my truck sat without being serviced for 10-15 minutes. The service was quick when it did get serviced, but I was not anticipating waiting as long as I did for an oil change service. I think next time I will try and take advantage of the vehicle pick up service.

I have had two experiences with Michael regarding my service. On both occasions, I felt that I was an inconvenience to him. This most recent service visit, I asked some follow up questions and he was dismissive and short with me. I will likely discontinue my vehicle servicing with Lindquist because of these encounters - unfortunately.
