Michael was very professional and pleasant when he answered my questions so thank you to him! I decided not to have the complimentary vacuum or car wash during my service and he wrote that down on the tag, attached to my key, and even highlighted it to make sure it was noticed by the service technician. And I couldn’t find I so had to resort to turn on the alarm (?) in order to finally find it. Did appreciate the shuttle service.

Took vehicle in for sunroof visor to be fixed for the 3rd time. Also discussed the window tint being scratched from the previous service and was told it would not be fixed. Would no longer recommend ford for service due to this. Yes it is after market but if my vehicle hadn’t broke in the first place it would not have been there for warranty work and gotten damaged.
