Tommy Jung provided excellent customer service. Tommy was very professional and followed up with a phone call to let me know when I could pick up my car from being service. When I arrived he provided a summary of all the things that was serviced and provided updates on the condition of my car.

Key remote didn’t work. Had to return to service dept to get it addressed. Turns out they didn’t close the hood. Inconvenient and sloppy. But I appreciated they changed the brake light bulb and reset the fuse so my window worked again! That was the reason for the service today

In addition to free wifi and coffee, donuts/muffins/bagels/popcorn should also be made available at the service waiting area (even if only during a limited time like early in the morning). Other dealerships (such as Toyota) are already doing this.
