When my husband dropped off the car he presented the service advisor with a coupon that was found on the website. They told him that it did not apply to tires although we did not buy tires. We had an oil change, purchased new wiper inserts, and rotated the tires which very well exceeded the minimum amount to qualify for a discount. When he went to pick up the car he inquired again about the $10 discount. The service advisor gave him attitude saying "you're gonna make a big deal off $10 when you see I have a long line?" Out of all the years I have been receiving service here at Honda of San Francisco, this was one of the worst experiences, rude if I may say. The only two people I choose to work with are Mike Weaver (who is no longer there) & Greg Masangkay. Other than that the customer service is horrible.
