We brought the car in for an oil change, which we purchased as part of a three year program when we bought the car. On pickup, the tech alarmed my wife that we also needed new brake pads, saying he was reluctant to let her leave. We brought the car back the next day and got new pads. Now the brakes groan when we stop. Brought the car back a third time, the techs called my wife and also told me they heard no sound. Got in the car, immediately heard the sound. Played the sound for Vic and the brake tech, they suddenly heard it too. But now it’s 6pm on Friday and we need the car for the weekend. Between this and the incidents with the injectors last year, I don’t think this service center is competent or honest. We won’t be coming back, we won’t ever buy another Honda. You have lost us for life by treating us like we’re dumb. This is our main car. It’s barely 3 years old. We do not have time to deal with this stuff. All we wanted was an oil change!
