Your blue coupon offered a basic oil/filter change for 59.95 or synthetic oil/filter change for 69,95. I always use nonsynthetic oil in my 2018 4 cyclinder Tacoma. I was told Hampton no longer offered the conventional oil. I pointed to the offer ststement I was mailed, but to no avail.

I had an oil change and tire rotation last evening. After driving home, I discovered grease all over my passenger seat. Looked like handprints. (Upholstery is light gray.)
