Everyone at Hampton was extremely pleasant and friendly. From the first call to schedule the appointment, to driving up to the service dept, shuttle to and from work, to the cashier. The whole experience made going out of your way to bring your car in for service, not so bad. The only thing that could have been better is if the prices were a little lower but I know that's what maintaining a vehicle costs. But all the costs were given to me before they performed the work and I appreciate that.
