I went for a free recall repair and was not satisfied. I was told I had to return to the dealership because a number was not recorded properly before I left. I live 20 miles away from the dealership and work a full time job and I was exceptionally mad about this. I was thinking of buying a new vehicle with y’all, but after my experience yesterday I may not even waste my time. It’s very frustrating that I wasted my gas due to your error. I am still not happy about this. Nothing was offered to me for the gas I used to go back due to this mistake. Get it together Hampton Toyota.
