Your guys and gals made me feel so at ease because I was so nervous about a factory defect which I owe it to my father for noticing! Steven had his hands full with me because this truck means so much to me and he doesn’t have a clue on how. He spoke calmly and reassured me that he would do his best to take care of me in which he did with flying colors! Although I was upset with the defected part being on backorder he kept my nervous **** calm and I appreciate that like you can’t imagine! I was nervous about going there because I was promised some touch up paint for a scratch that was there before I purchased the vehicle. I’m not one to be negative about a person because maybe he was busy. All I can say about this past couple of days is I’m blessed with the all the employees who took care of US and staying positive and joyful through all this ____ we are going through! Thank you, Lance

Well where can I start. Let’s start at the end and get that over with. I received my car. Not sure what is going in the work area, but my guess is some house play with customers cars. Cause I don’t think the mechanic that signed the work that was on my car. ( here is a list. 1) Shift knob loose. I had to turn two complete rotations to get it tight. 2) My memory on my two seat setting were different 3) jumper cables removed from trunk. Not put back! The repair were done in March. Repairs don correct. Polite service people. Good gob on your end. Thought hard about saying anything. Don’t want anything from Toyota just wanted to let you all to know my experience. Dale LaPorte

They did a great job and were really personable. However I never asked them to rotate my tires. Not when i called in and made the appointment. And not when i dropped it off and requested service. I found out once work was completed and i got my bill.
