Went in for a Toyota care appt and also had a few issues with the car. They totally missed the Toyota care appt and had my car for 4+ hours and all i had done was a diagnostic. They were working on the quote til after “close” and i specifically asked if the doors would be locked and they said no and then i came back a few minutes later and the doors were locked. Then when i went to check out they didn’t know i had Toyota care so we’re gonna charge me for the tire rotation (and that’s the second time I’ve had to inform them of this when checking out)
