For both my 5,000 mile service and 10,000 mile service air was put in my tires but the caps were not replaced on tires. I shouldn’t have to buy caps for my tires EVERY time I get my car serviced!!!

This was by far the worst experience I have had at Hampton I was there for 8:30 a.m. did not leave till 1:30 p.m. and was only there for an oil change and one tire replacement this was the longest I've ever had to wait for service at Hampton and I'm sure it was not Leslie's fault but this time frame was unacceptable.. And even with the warranty on my tires I still had to come out of pocket a $100 not understandable nor explained why
