A week ago did an oil change and rotation. After rotation I needed balancing. The lug nuts were over tightened! My locking lug nut driver broke! Went to have locking lug nuts removed because my tires were essentially frozen on my truck! Arrived at 4:30 and asked to balance my front tires. At 5:30 they fed me a line saying my tires were too aggressive and had to be aligned somewhere else on the truck? This was at 5:30. Really think they were worried about closing time. Tire dept will never touch my tuck again!!!!
