Mr Steven Slick was fantastic and reassuring me on things as well as staying in contact. He is a good listener and understand people in the work force makes mistakes and he made them right. I would have him again any day of the week. He worked as hard as I did trying to get ahold of my insurance folks, as well when I had to come in and do school work he set me up with a room and so on. His manager also was fantastic in working with me until I got paid to get my vehicle done in a certain time. Both were great.

FYSA. My wife scheduled the oil change. During this conversation she asked about having the auto butler applied to the vehicle while in fir service. Who ever scheduled the appointment had no idea what she was talking about. Today when she goes in fir service, she inquired again. They tell her she had to schedule that when she made the appointment. Now she has to go back. In my opinion this is not good customer service from the initial phone call. Now we have to reschedule time we do no have to utilize a product that was sold to us when we purchased the vehicle. The experience she had today was satisfactory minus the auto butler issue. But I’m not happy about it!
