It was like a refrigerator in there, I ended up with a sore throat and. cold today. I asked if they could make it just a couple of degrees warmer and they said the thermostat was controlled elsewhere. The people there are nice, but some of the policies seem geared to only the bottom line. They seem afraid to touch my 2022 Sienna bc it has a conversion for an automatic ramp. My right front fender plate is loose and asked if you all could tighten. She said I’d need to take it back to the dealer in Baton Rouge (2 hrs away) to fix it. That doesn’t have to do with the conversion, I don’t think. I feel like they don’t really want to be bothered.
