My car had a piece of a strip of insulation hanging down from the front of it. Instead of figuring out where this strip came from and fixing it, Service Dept. Simply tore the piece off and said they “would research it.” That was Sat. 07/16/22. I have not yet heard anything back on this “research,” and I have my doubts whether or not I will hear any time soon.
